Yes, you can self refer without seeing your GP. However, we need a patient summary from your GP or on your NHS App.
Your physiotherapist or specialist can also refer you to us. They can click on the link on the dashboard to refer a patient.

We treat anyone from age 18 years and older.

Every patient needs to have a free 15 minute telephone consultation. This allows us to determine if your condition is suitable for our treatments and answer any questions you may have. Following this, you may need an in depth in-person consultation take your history and examination.

Your comfort is our priority. We will ensure that you experience minimal discomfort during your procedure.
Most patients describe the sensation as mild discomfort or a brief pinch.
We also use local anaesthetic for some joint injections

Our 48-hour cancellation policy helps us offer your appointment to other patients in need and ensures the clinic runs smoothly.

Following most treatments, we strongly recommend our patients have physiotherapy for rehabilitation. We have partnerships with local providers, or can communicate with physiotherapists of your choice.
We are available after your procedure for any problems via email and also follow up at 6 weeks post-procedure.
