Hello, I am Dr Manisha
Most people I work with aren’t lacking motivation, they’re lacking clarity. Your body is always giving you signals, but it’s not always obvious what they mean or where to start. My role is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and guide you with clear, evidence-based steps that feel realistic and achievable in everyday life.
Much of my work focuses on supporting women over 30 who are navigating changes in joints, hormones, recovery and energy — while still wanting to stay active and confident long-term.

I’m a GP with an interest in joint health, movement and lifestyle medicine
My approach blends medical assessment with lifestyle guidance, so you can address pain, hormones, energy, sleep, weight changes and long-term health in a way that makes sense, without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.
Most consultations are carried out remotely by telephone or video. You only need to attend The Liverpool Clinic in person if something genuinely requires a physical examination or treatment.
I work as part of a community of lifestyle medical doctors-the wellbeing doctors and use the Helfy app as a platform for longer term tracking of your wellbeing.
