GP ON HAND

Quick and easy access for everyday health concerns

At GP on Hand, our aim is to make convenient, affordable and excellent private GP appointments accessible to everyone. While the NHS provides exceptional care, we understand that sometimes you need more control over when and where you see a doctor.

Our highly experienced, skilled and compassionate doctors, all work in the NHS. They are registered with the GMC and members of the Royal College of General Practitioners

In most cases, they can provide the necessary treatment required, and when further expertise is required they will inform you to go and see your NHS GP or refer you to the appropriate specialist.

After your appointment, we can share your consultation with your NHS GP, if you wish.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: WE ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE- IF YOU ARE FEELING VERY UNWELL, THEN PLEASE CALL NHS 111 OR 999 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST A+E IMMEDIATELY

  • An absolute delight to deal with โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

Everything regarding the Clinic and the medical options available to me were fully explained and all and any queries were answered in an informative and professional manner. My particular pathology was discussed in detail with the Clinic's various team specialists, prior to coming to a consensus, as to the best way to proceed. The NHS may be 'free at the point of delivery' and has many wonderful attributes but for certain, non critical conditions, the long delays in receiving much needed potential pain relieving treatments for various joint/tendon pathologies can be extremely frustrating. This is where new Clinics, such as this, have a role to play.

  • I have nothing but praise for this clinic! โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

I had a painful right shoulder for about 6 months with limited shoulder movements. I attended this clinic in Liverpool. The doctor explained my condition to me in great detail and I had a steroid injection. He advised physiotherapy for rehabilitation as part of my treatment. It was all done very hygienically and with care and consideration.

  • What an excellent place! โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

All of the people are exceptionally nice and patient. I had to go for a long existing achilles problem and was very anxious, immediately I felt at ease. They were very professional, kind, patient and I would highly recommend them.

  • Great Experience !โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

Great experience from start to finish all done from Waterloo - easy to book initial consultation through to opening up for me for a Saturday morning injection. Very professional throughout from Dr Manisha to Dr Massimo and not forgetting Kathy! I would happily return for further injections if required (hopefully not) and am busily recommending them to everyone that will listen - A* from me

  • Very Pleasant โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

I was referred to this clinic by my physio (Stuart at FMPhysio, Baltic Triangle, I'd highly recommend) after an injury to my ankle that I was struggling with after 6 months of rehab. The Clinic were very quick to refer me onwards for a diagnostic ultrasound, i had an appointment for an ultrasound in less than 24 hours of the referral, thanks to the prompt action from Kathy at the Clinic. Everyone I had dealings with at the clinic was polite, professional, and were never pushy about their treatments. Fortunately my scan came back normal and I did not require further treatment, they were content to leave it at that without any pushy upselling. I had a very pleasant experience with this clinic.

  • Great Services โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

Great service. I was well informed and put at ease. Great communication. The cortisone injection was professionally administered and I have already recommended the practice to other people.

  • Huge Thanks! โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

Huge thanks to the Liverpool Clinicโ€”I was in terrible shoulder pain, but they did an ultrasound and cortisol injection all in one painless, professional visit. Incredibly knowledgeable and attentive team. Highly recommend for expert joint care!

  • Would Recommend โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

Great service, I had a consultation about my knee problem. The doctor was nice and really easy to chat with, we discussed my symptoms and after some physical assessment I was reassured, at present no further treatment was needed. Was advised what I should do to alleviate my current symptoms and the treatment options that would be available if my symptoms got worse.
    Would recommend.

    - Paul G.

  • Thank You so much! โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…โ˜…

I had the pleasure ( ? Hmm ๐Ÿค”) of having an injection in my shoulder last week. The doctor was lovely, made me feel at ease and I practically didnโ€™t feel a thing. The pain in my shoulder has is subsided and life has returned to normal. Thank you so much
