How Arthrosamid® Works
Arthrosamid® is a non-biodegradable hydrogel injected into the knee joint. Once injected, it integrates with the joint tissue and acts as a soft, cushioning layer inside the knee. This helps to:
Reduce pain caused by osteoarthritis
Improve joint function and mobility
Delay or even avoid the need for knee replacement surgery
The procedure is minimally invasive and performed in-clinic. Most patients return to normal activity within a day or two.
