I’m a GP and founder of The Liverpool Clinic, a doctor-led clinic specialising in joint and musculoskeletal health.

After experiencing surgical menopause at 40, I became increasingly interested in what it really takes to stay strong, active and well long-term.

That journey led me to create AROGA - a simple framework bringing together movement, resilience, prevention and long-term wellbeing.
